Crosswinds Golf Club, where DeVellis is consulting with Crosswinds and the Town on expanding its presence to offer additional active recreational opportunities for the community in exchange for a multi year extension to current ground lease from the Town – the private / public partnership role model.
The Course, designed by the award winning team of Hurdzan/Fry, is the newest Championship daily fee course in Plymouth featuring 27 holes, Crosswinds offers a unique blend of rolling fairways and large undulating greens.
