BRIAN DEVELLIS | PRESIDENT

Brian DeVellis is the president and founder of ESG, bringing over twenty five years of experience assisting clients in the areas of Governmental and Community Relations, Planning and Zoning, and Land Development and Building Expedition. As a licensed Attorney and Landscape Architect, and the founding member of The Edge Sports Center in Bedford, Brian brings a proven winning combination of sports development experience, political expertise, accessibility, and responsiveness to ensure a successful outcome and oversees its representation in all design, entitlement and operational programming.

CHRIS WALSH | VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Chris Walsh is responsible for the operation and programming of all ESG managed facilities. Having spent the past ten years involved in athletics as both an administrator and coach, including the last 3 as the Director of Turf Operations for a private sports facility in Bedford, Chris uses his unique perspective to seamlessly bridge the gap between ESG and our customers. Currently working out of the Essex Sports Center in Middleton, MA, Chris is experienced in fulfilling the ice or turf needs of a broad range of organizations.

CHRIS HARTLY | VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES 

With over 10 years in the hockey facility operations and management, Chris Hartly oversees all new facility operational layout and design, and coordinates all facility matters with the design and construction professionals. Chris’ wealth of knowledge allows him to point out potential design flaws before they become onsite issues. Once facilities are operational, Chris is responsible for all hiring, training, oversight and operational staff and their compliance with company means and methods.

CHRIS COLLINS | VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT 

With years of experience in athletic facility operations and program management, Chris Collins oversees facility development, operations, marketing, sponsorship, and ESG systems. Chris also uses his experience to research emerging markets, proving feasibility assessments and market analysis, and programming development ahead of any new project.

DEREK ALFAMA | GENERAL MANAGER, FIDELITY BANK WORCESTER ICE CENTER

Alfama also serves as the General Manager of the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center and the General Manager of the North American Hockey Academy. In 2018/2019 Derek Alfama joined the CWHL, “Professional Women’s Hockey”, Worcester Blades serving as there General Manager. Alfama helped move the franchise from the former Boston Blades to Worcester Blades in August of 2018. Alfama has served as an Assistant Coach at Providence College, Assistant Coach at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Assistant Coach at The College of the Holy Cross, and as an assistant coach at Norwich University.

MARYBETH BRANDT | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS  

With years of experience in athletic facility operations, events, and scheduling, Marybeth oversees all operations of the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center along with the Worcester White Hawk Hockey Program. Marybeth is experienced in fulfilling the ice or facility surface needs for a broad range of organizations.

MATT COLWELL | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS  

Since joining ESG as an intern Matt has experienced every aspect of athletic facility operations, management, and development allowing him to excel in any situation needed. Colwell current oversees two ESG properties The Essex Sports Center and Thayer Sports Center.

KELLY QUIGLEY | DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SPONSORSHIPS  

Kelly Quigley guides the Marketing and Sponsorship division with her extensive experience in youth, amateur and professional sports. Kelly is responsible for overseeing ESG’s marketing needs as well as fostering relationships with current and potential sponsors for all ESG affiliated facilities.

AMANDA GRAF | DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

Since joining the ESG team Amanda has been responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s Social Media and website strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales revenue.

ROSE CLEGG | ACCOUNTING

Rose Clegg has worked in Construction Accounting for years before joining ESG, preparing and forecasting business activities and financial status of the company. Clegg oversees and regulates corporate funds and accounts, establishes budgets, approves expenditures and provides guidance to ensure financial and operational compliance.

CHRIS LATTARULO | SPONSORSHIP SALES

Chris Lattarulo is responsible for developing and implementing a sponsorship sales plan for increasing revenues in a cost-effective manner. Target objectives include increasing sponsorship sales and creating sponsorship products and licensing deals in order to meet or exceed the overall business objectives.
